*Sleep is so underrated! I have heard a lot sleep 5 hours and hustle while you are awake. But NO! Understanding How sleep affects our overall day, productivity as well as long term effect on brain has helped me create a healthy sleep routine ( 8-9 hours of sleep) and I DO NOT compromise on this nor should anyone reading this*
