ok ok ok so listen I have a love/hate relationship with this animatic. Do I think the concept is nice? Yes. Do I like the aesthetic I chose? Also yes. But somehow I never want to see it again in my life... but since I already finished it I might as well post it, right?
also at this point I'm just collect new interests like pokemon ywy but what i can i do when there's so much funky content to engage with... also I just think Genshin is neat

for those who dont know yet: according to the lore we have so far, the abyssal energy is addicting, which means the reason childe is so addicted to the feeling he gets when he fights might be because of when he fell onto the abyss when he was little. it isn't "just in his head", so he wouldn't be able to change even if he tried

this animatic is AMAZING!!! holy crap, i'll admit i'm a little lost during it but good GOD it is making me feel emotions!!! the parts that refrence various things of the characters are SPOT ON, and the song choice is immaculate! honestly, i'm watching this over and over trying to understand it but the more i listen to the song, the more i feel like i want to cry! actually, please do excuse me i am gonna go cry over this!!

I don't really ship it (Childe just reads devastatingly straight to me), but this video made me soft. Very well done! If they were truly like this in the game I'd buy into it heart and soul.
