I always come here whenever I feel down. Couple years ago I been through marital problem but resolve. Now I choose to let go. Now I not afraid to stand alone. Be single mom doesn't mean flaw. My boyfriend send me this to me and said "this is one reason why i think your beautiful" and i have to say what this video said was true cause my dad had a stroke in 2016 and lived, i was in a car crash in 2016 , i lost my mother in 2017 on her birthday and wedding anniversary and in 2018 i suffer from depression and grief so i dont know why this has had to happen to me but like the video said "it happens for a reason" so to the people who are reading this if anyone is be happy with what you have own cause something will happen that will change your life forever.

Thank you so much for this, after experiencing one of the most painful experiences I was able to finally feel alive. Even If it was for a moment in time, I felt i was free, full of love and bliss. I more know that resistance to what is , denying , escaping wont do anything. But when everything was fine , suddenly I was hit by this wall. I honestly didnt think that it would hit me this hard, I thought that I had finally crossed over to the other side, but then here I am again. I know that these experiences will only make me stronger, I feel like the universe was testing my consciousness. I really did think that I was grounded , deep within the earth and nothing could shake me. But I was wrong, It shook me in the most intense way and I lost all balance. I let my self go, and slowly but surely that familiar feeling started creeping up on me. The most accurate way I can describe is like you are drowning. You constantly feel suffocated as if you are taking your las breath . It gets to the point were the pain numbs you , you no longer feel. You are just a sack of meat. I know I have already done it, I already made my way out. But I still cant get over how everything came out to be this way. I will surrender to myself. Even if I fall, I need to gather up my strengths , even if it feels like there arent any. I know deep within myself I hold infinite potential, and it is always accesible at any time I want to come back to it. I just have to do all the inner work, even if I have to start of from scratch. Thankyou . I really needed it. (Yes, I am aware this is like the length of a novel)

Sean: I know you mean well & you look young, healthy & attractive … much to be thankful for... some are not so fortunate... babies born to addicts, children that have been abused & never received love or nurture, others who may be victims of horrific circumstances that are a pile of shards & no amount of gold could put them back together & they have no gold or hope of ever getting any … their lives all but destroyed. It's easy to be so positive if your bowl has barely ever had even a chip. Some bowls are utterly smashed to pieces by no fault of their own … & if their bowl can't be fixed … what then … do we blame the victim for being too weak … if they become a drug addict, alcoholic, drop out, prostitute, homeless, criminal, suicide statistic, etc. ????? Go talk to some broken bowls, some that have been smashed to pieces … see if you can help fix them with your gold. Many bowls who were so smashed they were simply swept up & put in a coffin. I used to be an optimist … not so much anymore … even Humpty Dumpty couldn't be put back together again.
