First of all shes not even fat Second of all theres nothing wrong if you are, we need to put aside beauty standards and allow ourselves to love our body for the way it is and do the same with others. We should appreciate and love ourselves before anything. We are beautiful no matter what others think of us. I was assaulted twice punched in the face and am getting physically and emotionally bullied and i have changed in a bad way. And i am not the person i thought i was because of bullying i am a emotional wreck. This video is inspirational to me.
When Kate read the note in the first time I started thinking that if I were in that class I would stand up and tell them this note won the ultimate prize in LYING because Kate is the most beautiful girl in class. After that, the girl did something similar in minute 02:00. Of course most of us would do the same

Only if I had a friend like her... I wouldn’t have to worry about it as much because I know I have a friend who will stand up for me when my words don’t work... all my life was full of bullies... I my self bullied a girl back in middle school but once I got in to high school something in my changed... and now I stand up to bullies for those who can’t speak for themselves.. it’s hard but I do it anyways...
I agree with this video. It only confirms what I have always believed to be true. I have had people say to me before "Don't try to be the hero." Or "Don't get involved." But if you see something like bullying right in front of you and you do nothing then the bullying won't stop.

Good one...Bullying exist everywhere... Knowingly or unknowingly friends are also becoming part of it and this is a very clear resemblance what's happening out there in society which needs to be stopped right away...
I was bullied once ... a kid threw gravel at me everyday at the playground ... it hurt when I got home .. I got a piece of rock stuck in my head ... hard! I decided to fight back ... I would get a big handful of gravel in my hands after school and when he came out ... we would follow behind him and his friends until they couldn’t turn back to get gravel ..
I was bullied at school and it ruined my life I have major issues with everything I do because of it but am working towards making myself better if my best friend Susan hadn't been there to help and support me with my family as well by my side I dont think I could have made it through
No matter what you do, you find these kind of people bullying you... I am also been bullied many times... I am strong so i don't care... I can tell once or twice but third time i walk away because i want peace... I don't want to hurt anyone... Just be happy yourself then you see they only get bullied themselves... Simple...
Well I am from Bangladesh .It's a developing country cursed with lot of problems .it's education system is messed up .But I have finished my college and have never witnessed anything like bullying .At high school me and my friends used to be like brothers and we used to arrange joint tiffin very often .I remember there was a boy who was affected with autism and even he never got bullyied as we really cared for him and always tried to get him involved in our conversation and Specially in sports .
This is a great example of what people should do. Thank you for sharing an experience that other people should do. As a Deaf person, reading this gives me hope that there are people out there that helps us communicate and have friends. Bullies goes after people that are different or can't stand up for themselves. I guess I should have asked my bullies what makes them the same as everyone else? I mean I guess they don't understand that they are different as well. I hope I'm making sense.

At school nobody stands up for anyone anymore and it’s annoying. Some people kept bullying me and my friend but the teacher found out what they said to us and now there nice to us🤷🏼♀️
In stead of fixing the problem for the person being bullied, we should tell them how they can fix the problem and make them fix it so they learn how to help themselves in the real world. The real world is like a bigger high school. If you can't help yourselves in school, how will you help yourselves in this harsh and unforgiving world?

I know someone who a bit overweight And because of that being bullied and I really want to her help her and step up for her. The problem is just that the bullies don’t take it serious if you tell them that what they’re doing is wrong. I have tried to tell them I said that what they’re doing really hurts her and that the damage they are causing is big and they just laughed and said something like : „she’s so fat she can’t feel pain“ I didn’t know what else to say and they don’t take the teacher serious either
If you bully someone to lower the self esteem, what kind of person does that make you?? This girl isn't even fat! You can't judge someone from how they look in the outside. Seek what's in the inside. She's beautiful inside and out. So please stop bullying because the never lead to anything good.
Nobody’s perfect. Everyone in this world is beautiful/handsome. Calling people a loser,fat,ugly, etc is not ok. Like this comment if bullying should stop
