Bea's music has always been a place of comfort for me, but I ended up dating someone who really liked bea as well and we would listen to beatopia together in my bedroom and when I think of her I think of this song (and the way I spoke). She broke up with me twice 🤣 and I think they have a new girlfriend so it's hard for me to listen to some of bea's love songs. But I have grown to appreciate them again and start listening for myself rather than thinking of others when I hear certain lyrics. !! sappy story alert- when my gf and i were in the first stages of talking in high school she was part of the news channel for the school and she was in charge of playing music before the news came on. she played me this song a lot so that i could hear it and the whole school would hear it too. then when i told her i love her music picks she said that she played soren for me :) along with a bunch of other songs from bea’s old albums about love. i nearly cried. we’ve been together for almost a year and a half now and i will never forget that sappy love that she had for me in the beginning of the relationship. i can feel us drifting and it makes me sad, so i’m here reminiscing about how she loved me in the beginning. we planned to get an apartment together and have five cats and live together while i went away to college in the future. i miss her and i don’t get to see her a lot and i hope that we really get to live that out together

I stumbled upon this song while I was listening to Bea's songs, and the name piqued my interest more because I once had wrote a character named ''Sorin'', but it was just so similar to a name I needed to go check. And I was in absolute awe, this song is so perfect for my beloved character Sorin, and his lover, Delaney. It was like a song of admiration that Delaney would've written for Sorin. And It was an absolute heartthrob to hear how similar my character was to Soren. Sorin had brown curly hair and eyes as green as an evergreen forest.
