I hear you, I think the target trace needs more work, because if I run a heavy amount of iron bias,non ferrous targets are masked or very scattered target trace. Test garden is your best bet, even on the beach bury some targets around 8-10” this has helped me out tremendously, otherwise I unfortunately will dig all of the signals
What is your overall opinion on the Manticore. I've watched a lot of experienced detector's use it on land and the beach in the US and over the pond. But seems like tone's are wishy-washy and many saying that they are digging lots of small iron. Beach users seem to give it the best feedback. Respect your opinions.👍 ATB🦀

Shit! I wish I could get the the core to go to 27! The most I can get in the wet is 18 on a good day! And in the dry 20. And I am using the tracking and I have to bump the recovery up to at least 5 when I am hunting the surf. I am still wondering if something is wrong with the machine. But I am digging good targets at a lower sens really deep!?
I hear you on the sensitivity, I think I was in general mode, it still was slightly chirpy, but manageable. Sometimes I run the machines hot, but has its pros and cons. I occasionally factory reset my machine once in a while
@@JJJAMES444 I found that if you turn all metal off the machine is allot more quite in the wet. I can now get about 21 with a recovery of 5 or 6. It doesn’t effect anything as far as depth. I don’t care want anyone says. I just dug 3 gold rings and a fat chain at over 3 scoops deep!
