Buddy with the gorgeous green eyes made my day! Just a warning if you go back to the beach in Santa Monica: I’ve watched a local Santa Monica news vlog and there have been several people attacked in broad daylight on the beach and lots of police on the beach. One guy tried to drown a woman after he attacked another woman. Stay together if you go there and watch your back.

No matter how many times I see Christine make 'the noise', it always makes me smile. Have you thought of sticking a gopro on detector shaft (pointing up or down) to show the coil as it scans or at your face? Could use the Velcro with sticky pad on the back...

Bill in 1942 the nickels were struck in copper-nickel and copper-silver-manganese. War nickel commonly refers to the ones with silver. TMI for those that did not know.
