Remember the motels at the shore? All shapes and sizes. This is my motel build at the beach...4-unit rentals, pool and owner's suite at the back of the building. Having the owners on site makes me feel they care for their property enough to want to live there also. It's great if you have an issue in your room, too. The design of the rooms is more tailored to couples but sleeps four. I figured a vacation at the beach does not mean staying indoors. And I like the idea of cutting off the bedroom view with sliding doors, curtains or that crazy idea of a garage door in the east-side rentals!
