Too many preachers in the comments telling you to pick up rubbish. You already are removing things from the beach. If they want to spend their own money on fuel and a vehicle to go clean up the environment, then they should. Meanwhile Im addicted to your channel. If people want to make a real difference in the pollution problem globally, stop buying so much stuff. Shut up or be part of the solution. Your dogs are amazing. ❤❤
@@obsessedbeachcomberI am hooked too on your beautifully produced videos. I watched one after another last night, just getting lost on the beautiful beaches along with you. The people muttering about plastic and the music are just whiners that like to complain and don’t do anything themselves. It takes people to shut up form a group and week by week section by section remove and recycle the objects found. The people muttering about the music can just go away…smeh! This is your beautiful video that you produced. I actually love the music completely and adds etherealness to the waves. I have lived close to a beach all my life so I know what waves sound like so I guess maybe I was spoiled in that way. I used to go down to the beach especially after a storm to see what came up. Mostly just small shells a few sand dollars and some nice stones, small driftwood. Nothing spectacular like your finds! The glass balls are awesome and those footlong shells are amazing. The hand carved canoes and paddles are amazing too. The beautiful gems of fishing lures I love as well due to all the variety and its awesome they are similar in size. I would make a windchime or mobile out of them. I am surprised you dont find beach glass. The letters in the bottles are awesome too, glad you read them, because they are meant to be found one day! Awesome skills between you and Gris on opening a coconut! Love your channel…its awesome as it is…the flakes can just go away! I beachcomb along with you on your videos!
Marty T will have that outboard running in no time. We have some glass plant waterers that look similar to the odd bottle you found. You fill ours with water and then stuff the skinny end into the dirt and the water drips out slowly after it saturates the surrounding soil.
I just found your channel and subscribed. Very relaxing videos to watch. I used to do the same thing with my dog along the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay. Never found anything interesting as you have but it's amazing what washes up especially after a big storm.
Good one, nice haul! I so wish you could get the audio level up a bit. I hear you loud and clear when you sum up your finds, not so much when you walk on the beach.
Maybe you already do this and I don't see it but, how about collecting a bag of trash each time you make a video. That's something I could support. Thanks
Small boat for such a big haul, bitch about the garbage on front of the chinese, malaysian embassys...the dog carry out his own shit and pee on the owner' leg....bastards: how many times you ignored that pc.of paper on the side walk?
You go get the garbage. He does collect stuff off the beach, his treasures which would otherwise be trash. This is everywhere around the globe and we are all responsible. Stop the preaching. Sheesh. Let the man and his dogs alone.
On the scale of things do you really believe that taking one bag of rubbish is going to make a difference? Why don’t we concentrate our thoughts on the causes and not the consequences.
The great thing about your video is how it highlights the massive amount of trash there is that washes up on beaches. Obviously you cannot be expected to be the person who picks up and disposes of this crap. However if the government sponsored a clean up crew of volunteer’s I am sure people would love to help a clean up if the government got them there and removed the rubbish. I have been lucky enough to live in some remote locations and have found interesting things beach combing but even 20 years ago there was too much man made rubbish around
I mentioned to my wife how I'd like to scavenge beaches like this, but she was more concerned about how tired her legs would be walking in the sand. I suppose all things are relative, especially a sense of adventure
interesting stuff, i could do that all day . . . could you please turn on the captions? i'm a bit hard of hearing and your accent (for me as a yank) makes it, well difficult to understand
@@obsessedbeachcomber really love your videos on those beaches that is littered with lures and items which can be used again ...nice watching you walking alone those long nice beaches
How long ago did they stop making glass floats, they would have been more expensive to make than foam or plastic i suppose. Glass is better for the environment because gentlemen like you collect them 😂
Its horrifically messy, I would love to clean up I clean beaches on holiday but this is beyond a folding picker and bag ring. Why doesn't someone do something here ? locally ? I'm other side of the globe if I was there I'd make a start
Dont fret too much. It is just another form of the Earth that we live on that has been modified into something else by the very short-time current inhabitants. The Earth will survive . Look how long its been floating thru space on its unknowable journey.
It sounded like you dumped the red & white fishing lure back on the beach. WHY? Couldn’t you just have saved it & disposed of it properly? Your video only highlights all the garbage on the beaches that endanger wildlife and sea life.
