Nice video, My town in Sherman over at the Car Wash called Whistle Stop has 90's Belanger and MacNeil and with a Proto-Vest The Windshear and T-130 dryers.
Nope. There’s no dry n shine machine, as the dryer actually does a really great job and leaves very little water on the vehicle. The employees towel dry the vehicle after it exits the tunnel.
@@PalmPeakMarketing Having a MCWW Dry N Shine (or any textile drying unit) can actually reduce the amount of manual labor needed for towel drying. If I owned this wash, I'd remove the Proto Vest dryer and install MCWW Air One dryers along with a Dry N Shine that includes both the side and overhead brushes.
@@PalmPeakMarketing I know, but it would make drying quality more efficient and would also increase volume. Modern conveyor car washes that are both full service and express exterior (Tidal Wave Auto Spa for example) have used textile drying. Plus, employees could just disable the Dry N Shine unit if a customer buys a full service wash and the ones who buy the ride through option can get it instead.
