Hello, I'm from Italy I have Thay wife and we have home in Chiang Mai. I looking for buy a condo in Pattaya for investment. As foreigner quota I already know the money have to come from outside thailand. What is not clear The money have to come all in ones frome the same Bank Accont or I can start move the money before maybe in smaller tranfer and after purchase the Condo?

Beebee says that yes you can do small transfers. But let your foreign bank know that the money transfers to your Thai bank is for a condo purchase in Thailand. They will inform your Thai bank. @@tonyforever main money are in a BBVA online bank, so there is no way to talk with someone? Offcourse in the transfer description i can write. Transfer Money for buy thai condo

@@ginzoneo you need to get in contact with someone to do the transfers. They will also need to know the name of the condo property you plan on buying. I highly recommend you have a Thai real estate agent walk you through all this. Even one spelling mistake on the transfer forms will lock up your money at the Thai national bank until all the paperwork is in order
