I was excited to see this tutorial. I have a 30 year old watch that still runs..... I know!! It's so beautiful, I could never let it go. I have all the necessary beads, and a clasp in my stash. This will be a gift to myself for Christmas. Thank you, Stephanie. I truly enjoy your videos.
Made three of these. They turned out perfectly. Ideal design weight for a watch face; the only one out there that I've seen. Much better than stringing. Thank you for this. Making my way through the list - slow and steady. :)
I made two beautiful watch bands. So glad the long saved watches are now put to use in this ingenious design...easy too. Thanks, Stephanie! One is a Bulova that was my step mom’s in gold using clear crystals and the other a gift from a friend in silver case using cyclamen (lavender) bicones. On to the bracelet. 🌹🌷🌹
This is my new favorite design. Several friends are getting watches for Christmas. One was made with DBB Mardi Gras beads and DBB faceted matte pearls. Love making this! Thanks for all of your work!

They do look vintage very nice. I wouldn't waste money taking it to a jeweler to get the battery changed. Watch batteries are very reasonable and easy to switch out.☺

Thank you so much 😊 😘🌻 Yes, you can use the 2mm Druk for sure! You can also make the watch band as a bracelet. Just start with a RAW unit and then add the MRAW units until it’s bracelet length 🌸

I love the project idea, but I'm hesitant to put all that work into the band when I don't know how good the quality of the watch face is -- i.e., whether the watch will still be working 5 years from now.

Thank you Beth😊🌻🌻 The rings on my watch faces are D rings. You can use them to attach many strands for a multi strand watch band. They are easily removed like a jump ring. I saved them for future use 😊
This is awesome. I was wondering if you would take on the challenge of making/creating an iWatch band. I’ve tried to recreate/ convert many of your bracelets into those bands and have been quite unsuccessful.
Thank you 🙏 I don’t have an Apple Watch so trying to make the connection to the watch face would be impossible without seeing it. In pictures, it looks to me like it has a wide bar at the end. I’m thinking you could possibly use a flat peyote piece and zip it underneath?

I wish you had a wider band for some of the watch faces. You only show the interlace band for the watch that is made for pins. Some of the faces look like they are too large for that narrow band. Sue
I think any of the bands could be adapted to be wider. I was saving the bigger watch faces for a gemstone multi - strand bracelet watch design coming this spring 😊

Please design one for Apple watches. I bought the band findings on Amazon but the tutorials use big clunky beads and I want something gorgeous like you are designing.

Stephanie... I have some watch faces which do not have the same type of attachments as this one. They only have one hole. Can the bead attachment be the same as what you show or must it be adjusted? Thank you, Kat
