Hi mike! I love the video, I got these lights today. Unfortunately I don't know how to work them well and I don't have a DMX board. Is a dmx board something I need? They seem to not be rotating for me as the lights are going on. I am able to adjust the pan as you said but they are not longer rotating during the light show for any preset function! Theres no online videos or tutorials to help me so im hoping you'd be willing to share your knowledge!

Hey bro, absolutely... there's a beam angle setting that needs to be set at zero for these lights to operate on auto mode. Sounds like you may have adjusted it without knowing, and if so... they won't operate properly double check that and let me know. I hope this fixes the issue for ya. Lemme know

Can Two Beams Work Together or do they Need a Control to work ? If so will any Controller work or is there a specific kind ?

Absolutely, these will work together or reverse pan and tilt through their internal dmx or orientation love these beam bars... seriously impressive power output and effect... Especially in fog or haze... thanks for watching and commenting 🙂

I'm not currently using a dmx controller. I do dmx my lights together that are compatible and usually use sound active mode or the preset show modes... hbu?

Are they of good quality? 10x40w seems like it’s 400w of light output. Are they over rated or are they truly super bright? Any comparison to OPPSK or Chauvet?

I'm not sure...probably with a dmx controller or could possibly turn the sound sensitivity down..because these are displayed in sound active...

The motors and gears that move these and other fixtures can be a bit noisy, you can try some Electronics friendly cleaner or lube to possibly quiet them down however many of my fixtures make noise while operating but once audio is up and running I never hear them... thanks for watching and commenting 🙂
