Hi, perfect to see it, my thinking with modeling this extra more features will open You new better solutions to prepare boundary conditions on difficult computing situations. That was the reason to start with this simple one.
Hi sir, good demonstration, I tried and it work on simple beam but now I have constructed a car chassis using AFX frame structure... And now it is showing lots of error... Regarding intersection in assly, radius of tolerance and many more.... So kindly guide how can perform analysis of assembled structure...?
Hi, thanks for your question. Intersections are not allowed (not used) if you need to calculate assembly. Also, many times you need to simplify geometry (minimize errors in calculation) In realty, you can calculate stress or deformation on model or assembly .. And if system show you some warning, please simplify geometry (its helps a lot) Good luck. Vladimir
Vey nice, but I solved a similar example with taking the load reference to be a point instead of the small circle you drew.. and it gave me different results.. why is that? Note that the load was similar to the load on your example (point load, not distributed load).
@@4kside Congrats Vladimir, your video are always clear and easy to understand. I add a request, could you do a video of the Thermal Mode? Simulate a heatsink with an electric power source for example? Fabio
@@FabioUgoletti Hi Fabio - thermal is not inclued in my license package, I use Creo Simulate Extension: www.ptc.com/-/media/Files/PDFs/CAD/Creo/Creo_Simulate_Datasheet-English.PDF and Thermal is in Creo Advance Similation package: www.ptc.com/-/media/Files/PDFs/CAD/3D-CAD/Elements-Direct/PTC_Creo_Advanced_Simulation_Ext.pdf Maybe next time I will help more :) Bye, Vladimir
Hi, you can create any new material with Creo suitable for Creo simulate. If you need to calculate results in MPa please check used values and units what I use in my customised material. The used names is only that you can recognise that my custom material and not from default library.
