On Sunday the 18th of February 2018 myself and my daughter made a return visit to the Beamish Museum in County Durham to see if we could manage to see if we could see other parts of the vast Museum site that we were unable to cover in April 2017 on our first visit. In this video I have tried to give an insight of what the various shops, houses etc looked like from both inside and out during the early 1900s. One highlight of the day was the recreation of a local soldier returning from World War One. The staff did a marvellous job. Beamish is well worth a visit for anyone of any age. Enjoy.
