I think BeamNGdrive doesn't really need a full release because the graphical, gameplay and physical updates are a good part of the game. Maybe a full release wouldn't make any difference. The only thing I don't want is that the devs don't update the game any more or update it only with content. Imagine if the game would still look like it used to when it was released. Absolutely gorgeous, the amount of work you put in is insane, especially for someone who isn't a dev. Hats off to, and here's to hoping that the devs see this.
To me the full beamng version should be the ultimate vehicles simulator: - Texture scratches - Interactive environment with destructible objects (like in Just Cause games) - Full realistic racing possibilities (Creating AI races) with advanced tuning systems and physics realism (Like Assetto Corsa) - Procedural Weather (Seasons, rain, thunders, snow) - Deformable Terrain with tire tracks and also destructible trees (like in Mudrunner) - Ability to repair broken vehicles to a workshop (like in car mechanic simulator) - Advanced racing rules system (Like in Rfactor or Iracing with flags, pit stops ecc) - Better particles (Particles from crashes remain on the ground instead of disappearing immediately) - Dummy system and character possibilities enhancement (possibility to add dummies without mods, also Airbags, and interactive environment for the first person character, also a body would be cool) - Every vehicle support, from planes to trains to ships, heavy vehicles and motorcycles (of course there are mods already but I’m talking to having those in the original game) Let’s dream about the ultimate vehicle simulator which also thanks to modding it already is astonishing New important features are added every update so let’s keep going. I know that for most of the things maybe the game engine should change or whatever But that’s the dream game and Beamng is the nearest to come to that
If BeamNG ever look like this it will definitely become the best car game, better than FH, NFS, GT or any other big title. Also you did an awesome edit, good job!
Something I really look forward to when the game is complete is just having more generations of the existing cars. Stuff like a really early model Grand Marshal, a current gen Pessima, a 1990's Sunburst... Now that would be cool
Having played around with the camera stuff in this game - along with the custom popups etc this 3 min video must've been so much effort to make!! Worth 55k views and more man! Not to mention I want the game to look like this so bad!
Interesting idea for career mode. Car radar placement needs to be offset out of the way of where you are driving. Devs have a more functional design for the hud. Mod repository is for community development.
imo although the 1.0 version will be cool, i hope they make it so that we can have access to the older versions of the game that we are playing currently this concept is epic tho

I dont think that would work, since beamng would have to be rated 16 or higher because of your character dying in most crash scenarios, and i dont really think devs want that anyway
One thing I still want to see 8n this game is actual racing mechanics, like pit stops, drafting, ai actually capable of racing, and tire wear, then this game will basically be complete in my opinion
It's just incredible and nice to see a full version concept, but i think i like more the speedometer that we have today in beamng, the map looks nice too!
Only change I would make to this is... make us grind for our own cars to use in races and missions. Dont let us just use loaners. We should ahve one starting vehicle that is capable of basic tasks and have to use that to earn vehicles for anything above the first tier of missions.
As great a concept as this is i think beamng thrives in the early access/open beta environment, because a full release tend to mean the releases after it become less interesting. If you look at the track record, the beam devs are constantly pushing the limits of the currently available hardware. If they keep chugging they might end up with a product better than any other car game out there and it might still not be a full release lol
Very well made! Damn I'd love to see Ray Tracing graphics in BeamNG, like if you look at the car, it doesn't reflect itself. For example, the door mirrors don't actually reflect on the car.
This Kinda Gives Me Forza Vibes And I Think BeamNG Would Be The Perfect Game To Do The Kinda Forza Ish Thing With Because It HAs Way Better Crash Pysics Than Forza Does So There Is The Chance Of Actually Wrecking Your Car
I would love a crash cam, if you crash in first person the camera shifts to an outside cinematic crash cam with adjustable slowmo and disabled force feedback
@@SkyFall4839hey, I've found a mod with auto slow mod and cinematic crash cam, sadly it has two issues, I wish it was simpler without text and that the cinematic camera and slowmo would disappear when you reset the car. It's called something like "Thrill drive crash cam"
I can’t wait to see this game actually release they should give you a setting where you can disable simulation damage and make it cosmetic or have no damage at all like Forza because you have people like me that would restart the race like 30 times because I crashed my car into a ditch or something funny like that
How about proper Anti-aliasing BEFORE Ray-Tracing? All those flickering edges, like at 2:43 fences, foliage etc are really annoying. I would also like vehicle getting scratches when grinding on objects as well as dirt accumulation.
Ngl this is a masterpiece, just a few things that need to be tweaked probably higher graphics and then boom you got yourself a good looking BeamNG drive game
would be cool if it ran on multiplayer like you could works as a police or a mechanic for other online players so if i crash my car a player would fix it as a mechanic
The only three things I’d love to see out of beam ng, would be better graphics and smoother maps, VR support and most definitely a larger vehicle selection
I really enjoyed the video, it was an amazing job! But I think the simulation part was missing a bit, you didn't even mention the crashes, which are the main attractive of the game. Anyway, congratulations anyway, it was really good and it must have been a lot of work
It would be cool if they added permanent damage to your cars in career mode, such as street legal racing redline. If you damage your car, you have to pay to repair the parts that you damaged
The devs really need to work on the skybox and the water. IMO it's the worst part of the game graphically at the moment. Also amazing main menu concept, very forza horizon
