What I really love about this video is the honesty and the way how everything was said .. very natural “live” language allowed me to feel what the author felt. Thanks Anika, looking forward to more videos

Beanbag :) Honestly what a breath of fresh air. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your candor in your videos. I 100% think documenting your journey as Head of Product and how you set up your product team would make for some interesting content. Speaking for myself (although I think others would agree), I think that what sets your content apart and makes it useful to us viewers is your style of breaking things down to a truly granular level. The authentic, plain English, explain it to me as though I was a small child style coupled with practical, actionable information makes your content valuable. And I love that you mentioned your goal of putting more energy into how your present yourself. I totally understand what you mean. When I look good I FEEL good. Just love that you mentioned that. Congrats on your new role and so looking forward to 2024 content!

Also I think I love the point that you touched upon On how to set yourself to thrive . We often think challenging ourselves would let us thrive . But it's a thin line on also choosing the environment you want to feel challenged in or choosing place where you enjoy being uncomfortable in .
