I recently started judo almost a year ago. I noticed my aikido skills helped me very much in grappling. I just started bjj this month. My goal is to mix all of them together to improve my judo sparring.
My only problem with this is that the attack is so weak. In reality, the hug would be much tighter and probably with a head lock and choke. Then, all these defences would be much harder
