Just am absolute georgous course. It would be an awesome course for a Ryder cup thing... speaking of which, two players on the US should be fun to watch, Fowler and our hometown hero, Justin Thomas. I just couldn't believe the left DeChambeau out after coming off that 58 at the Greenbrier. It doesn't matter he's with LIV, the guy bombs it! Justin hasn't had a very good year... so I'm kind of surprised with the team USA has chosen.
Beautiful course and yeah I agree! I would love to have Marco Simone on GS Pro... Yeah I'm not gonna lie those captain picks really really surprised me! Not picking the in form players.. hopefully it comes back to bite! Hahaha Dechambeau should have definitely been in there in my opinion. Can't wait to see Europe's team! 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺
Hey Joe could you do a video on the setup distance comparison for mlm2 similar to the garmin video you've done before? Interested to know if it can capture shot shapes accurately in shorter distances.
Joe, i'm at about 1500 ft elevation. If the course is 4000 ft, how would that factor in. The MLM2PRO is set to 1500 so it should be feeding the right distances adjusted, but do I have to do anything in GSPro to adjust for the elevation, or like you I just need to remember to make the correction in my head for each shot? Also, do you have a video showing the keystrokes you are using as you play the course? Still new to GSPro and trying to figure it out. Thanks for your help!
Hey mate you will only have to make changes to your yardage for the in game elevation. So any elevation that is set in the Rapsodo app should be over ridden in the GS Pro app. Because you're at 1500ft in real life doesn't matter because the Rapsodo unit isn't taking elevation or air density into account. All it's doing in the real world to get distance is using ball speed, launch and spin. So all the data gets fed into GS Pro and then the GS Pro algorithm takes care of everything. So for every 1000ft of elevation I play 2 percent.. so in your example of 4000ft it would play 8 percent shorter. The hit keys I use are the J key to go look at the flag and then the arrow keys to move it around. The other one is the Y key to bring up the contour map! Hope that help, Cheers
Yes I feel like the water is a bit of a challenge in this instance! The lakes tend to look really good though! For whatever reason the waterfall doesn't look great. Fantastic course though.
@@JLagGOLF i wonder why they dont use the flat water of ponds but just in a vertical plane. i think it could work. Anyway thanks for always amazing videos amigo Lagowski
