I'm always so amazed to see these creatures wandering around houses as if they were not concerned with humans. They are so relax. No fear, no agression, just looking for food. I hope they find enough to eat in the wild and people do not interfere with them.

Sadly, some people - like the Amazon driver - don’t appreciate the beauty & awe of these magnificent creatures. I would trade places with them in a heartbeat to have such splendor in my backyard. Thank you Patrick for sharing these videos with those of us who aren’t as fortunate. Take care.♥

Lordy! That darned truck was too close for comfort, and it wasn't lost on Ruby. Two of her kids had just crossed there moments ago. Seems there's a need for speed-caution (wildlife) signs along those roads. I'd get tossed off YT if I expressed my sentiments on the jackass that just whizzed by at Mach 1. Please put bears crossing signs out, would really hate to see the cubs or Ruby hurt by a car driving tooo fast which seems to be the case anymore. I just got back from up there 2 months and i realized how much nature conservancy bought land that county now owns as preserved hiking 🥾 & have cams set up No hunting The houses are all nestled in between vast tracks of old growth 🌳 Plenty of berries Food

Scares me so close to the road. A baby got killed here a month ago. I heard mama bear saw her baby laying there and watched as 2 kind hearted people stop to take baby off the road and they called police. The driver that hit baby didn't even stop. 😢 Makes me so sad to hear things like that. Poor mama. 😢

I can't believe when the bears were in plain site people do not slow down for our wildlife !!!❤ they are just trying to survive!! ....I sure wish Ruby wouldn't go to the roads and crowded houses to look for food!!! Will not be healthy for her !!❤❤❤ the cubs are so cute, but didn't have a care about the danger around them 😢 ....when they went through your trash I thought oh no ,they will be use to finding stuff in bad places......I just hope they stay in your woods and look for there dinner there ❤❤❤

Thanks for these last videos. It’s good for us followers to see what Ruby and crew are doing when they’re not at your place. Did you come upon them accidentally?? Hunter gatherers on patrol. Was that a chunk of watermelon or a hunk of red meat? I think people should be cautious about what and when they put things out in the trash. They can always put things in the freezer until trash day. I appreciate the dilemma but I also think it's important to be proactive. Thank you for the lovely bear video Patrick. I love bears.
