Black bear sightings have increased in California putting some local residents on edge. Black bear attacks are generally rare, but a recent attack killed an Arizona man. NBC News' Jake Ward reports.

DFW always seems to be overly concerned with not scaring the public. But Black Bears do and will attack if they feel threatened, or if their babies are nearby. That will surely trigger a attack response, and once that starts, they won't stop until the threat is completely neutralized.

People! Bears habitat destroyed, reduced, burned, no food, no water, environment dried out by people but the few bears that appear because of hunger n thirst are a problem for people.
