this bear is repeat offender, each time officials relocate a problematic bear they tag it's ear, after 2 tags they relocate it twice far away and put a gps tracking collar, if he goes back to human settlements they destroy the bear, collars used bcs nowadays people are soft and not very bright so they dont report to officials, gps tracker allows to catch bear red handed anyway. rip bear
Probably because he's feeding them on purpose to get close up videos; a "safer" interaction with the bear, seeings how its mouth is full of some "goodies"🐻
