An ice bath is amazing! Incredible for the skin, energy & metabolism. I actually didn't need coffee! That would be hard to believe for anyone who knows me! If you can get up your courage to do it, it really is excellent! Bear - you're always an inspiration. Love "Soul Fuel" - awesome that you have your son along for this!

LOL Wim Hof was under ice water and had his eyes open but was in longer than you I guess because his corneas(or some other part whatever lol)FROZE so he was blind until they thawed don't get too CRAY LIKE WIM! :P

as a child/teenager i used to get colds very easy and almost always had to use strong prescribed antibiotics. I started ending showers with 30 seconds cold water like 5 years ago and haven't got a cold like that since then. it definitely helps your immune system (also started taking a spoon of honey avery morning)
