@@Beardbrand I use all your products and love them but I'm a welder and the heat is killing my beard and I've loss over 3inches of it due to it drying out and I have to trim the Melted parts... what do you suggest
@@kylecollins5470 So actually thats really a somewhat unique situation because generally you are not allowed to have beards in that position because beards usually prevent respiratory protection from working effectively and protection is not something you can half ass in most if not all companys. Sooo that having said Im living on the countryside and have a friend with full beard aswell hes a welding master too and he says he just washed his beard with beard shampoo every morning and applied beard oil or beard balm several times throughout the day. Speaking in the past sense because he actually killed of his beard eventually. He also regrets having shaved. So Im sorry, brother but if applying beard oils several time a day wont fix it you will either have to kill it and go for a shorter beard or change profession wich both suck.
I‘ve stumbled on this channel roughly at the beginning of April. Beardbrand is not only a men‘s grooming company, it is a community where almost no hate and envy exists. I can see the effort clearly in those videos, just sublime! Great topics as always 👍🏽
Very well said,.! I. Can't think of any other positive coment,. I also have EA great beard,. I really watching and learning from other "Beardsters"...! Did I jus create a new social club,???
Exactly right, I came across BEARDBRAND a couple of years ago now and that's exactly how I feel. No hate speech, bullying whatsoever. Beardbrand are the total package.
Awesome video Jeff!! Love seeing you back on the channel. Great content and really gives me a ton of motivation seeing that your beard looks very similar to my growth, again great seeing you back brother!
Very cool jeff. I often scrutinise my own beard too much, so its nice to see someone else's beard up close, and to see the tiny flaws, waves, uneven bits that aren't visible from a couple of feet away. It gives my beard a bit more confidence. Thanks 👍
I actually got good advice here, concerning the mustache maintenance. Something else I knew for myself but it was good to hear from another beardbro is that a taller guy should grow his beard longer. Being 6'4'', this is a confirmation that I'm going in the right direction. And the video isn't even over. Thanks, bruv. I'll keep an eye on your playlist with great interest. Greets from Bulgaria.
This video deserves at least a million views for editing skills and another million for creativity and another million for just awesome , minimalistic and crisp advice.
By far the best video on this channel of 2018 (sorry Greg and others). I have always admired and tried to replicate Jeff’s beard style and this video really helped that out. Keep up the great work Jeff, inspired by this video and the others on your personal channel!
Yours' pretty good too. i'm 27 and I don't have enough hair for a full beard, but I'm going for it even if it's pretty bad in the beginning, Jeff really is the perfect reference.
Beardbrand yes! I love the detail he provided on the lengths in different areas. I thought the athletic beard video was great, this tops it twofold. Keep up the great work Beardbrand team!
funny thing is thought i was already subscribed to the channel all this time. When Jeff said to subscribe in the end of the video I noticed I had not subscribed. Beardbrand's new videos were always on top of my recommendations. Awesome. I guess I shall subscribe now.
His beard is epic. It’s thick and even and even when he wears it longer it still looks really good. I really like the mustache and to me it complements the beard. Something else too! The dude stays in shape and takes care of himself. I wish Jeff was still making Beardbrand videos. I go back occasionally to hear what he says cause I want good looking facial hair also and this guy knows what he’s talking about.
Awesome video Jeff. I’ve been looking forward to it since you “teased” about it on your channel earlier in the week. Your beard is what I aspire to except for the fact I have a shit-ton more white in mine. Thanks for this Jeff.
Alex'Y I get what you're trying to say but you don't get me do ya? looks aren't everything or we should consider hairy bearded gay guys as men right? while they're clearly not men. And i know gay guys would come all over complaining about my comment but i don't give a fuck as long as you get my point.
Thanks for your advice. You cover points that I’ve been having having issues with. Basically, what I get from you is to let it go, let it grow, and see how the natural growth looks as it matures. My beard is 1-1/2 years old and about the same length of yours. What I wouldn’t give for a consult on my beard from a pro like you. Anyway, learning as I go, I’m doing the best I can with a beard the same color as Greg’s, but more like your shape, with a tendency for it to get wavier as it gets longer, especially on the sides and near sideburns. Thanks for your input. It’s much appreciated.
6:57 This "blonder" under the lip which I have too is very common among European descendants. We've seen even a black dude(that I never heard about anymore) having a huge beard with blond hair under the lip. I've never found any genetic research about it but it mostly goes with a "full chin", with no gaps down the bottom side of the lips. Those hairs are also quite smooth and hydrophobic. As a biologist I may suggest that those characteristics arose on the european ancestors because of the cold environment. A hydrophobic beard would allow the beard to stay dry and the coverage would protect the mouth from the freezing. But again, never saw any genetic research about it, the time is about right to be done though.
really enjoyed, mainly because i have similar, but longer beard, and also same problems as you have. Liked the mustache part thou, i was trimming, but now im more focused on, and letting it grow beacause i can and i love it. Beard on!
I DONT USUALLY COMMENT BUT HERE I CANT RESIST WOW!!! JUST WOW WHAT A BEARD THAT IS INCREDIBLE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEST BEARD EVER BRO YOU ROCK IT 👍
Awesome guides and tips Jeff ! This is the exact look I'am going for , but of course I'm only two months in , thanks again and I love those beardbrand products !
Jeff, you need to consider acting! You have the look to play medieval characters, Greek Spartans, Vikings, etc. I don't know how good you are at acting but you definitely have the look.
Glad you liked it, man! Jeff really knocked it out of the park with this one, didn't he? As for the shirt, unfortunately, this one was made only for Beardbrand team members back in the day (even I don't have one) - Jack
Beardbrand yikes, he’s rocking it old school today with that one! You guys should remake them and put the beardbrand logo next to it! That would be pretty dope! #Teamdope
This was a great video for me, because I appear to have the exact same growth pattern and colour to my beard, and a similar face shape. So your beard is what I'm aiming for!
Just checked out Scott Buon. Didn’t find a face, but I found hundreds of paintings and posters for bands. Couple for Mastodon. What a pleasant surprise!
Great video and I really like your beard style and that's what I would like to see in my own beard although not sure it can happen. But I strive to make the best of what I have to work with.
Great Video! I also, like your bro, cut the underside of the mustache. It makes the mustache very manageable yet I still have that thick full-length look. Glad to hear someone putting into words what I have been doing for the last few weeks! Thx!
Hey Jeff, what brand and type of beard brush do you recommend? There are SO many out on the market right now and I wonder which one is the best. Whenever I use my current beard brush, it often created fly-aways and crazy whiskers without really doing much to actually straighten or shape my beard. What say you??
Hello. I have been growing mine for 6 months. i used to shave and keep my mustache Chevron style because it was great and thick, while my beard was not connected and patchy. But let me tell i set a goal on January this year and is paying off. TIME/PATIENCE is the greatest factor growing a beard. I see pores opening on my upper chin which means beard is coming out. My soul patch is thick and long and its expanding across my lower lip. Point is Give your beard TIME. Jeff many thanks bro.
I do share the same mustache growth as yourself! I have too many colors on it(ranging from totally black hairs to complete blond hairs and hairs that have more than 1 color) which makes it strange but nevertheless the growth is similar! But those under the bottom lip hairs of yours jeff! What sort of manure are you using to make them grow like that! HAHA
Jeff - you have an awesome beard! It's thick and full and well proportioned to your face and overall build. Your mustache is totally awesome as well - thick and full and it complements your beard. Your facial hair is utterly masculine!
Anyone else notice how the D and B in bearDBrand stretch apart when he pounds his fists together? Apart from that kick ass stache, this dude is seriously built.
I couldn't agree more. He is versatile and creative. Seems to be a real standup guy judging by this friendly and informative demeanor =) So perhaps we can both agree he would make a great role model in more ways than the beard ;) You have a nice day Jack! Apresiate you getting back to me! :D
It's a joke intro i made to call out to the legendary MKBHD's intro. The whole video is a joke as if it was a tech device or a desk tour from the great tech youtubers!
I just got to 5 months with my beard. I was recommended to go 6 months without doing anything to it. So I decided to go for it. I absolutely hate the way it looks but I’m giving it one more month. I did trim my mustache with a 2 guard though about 4 months ago so it’s slowly growing back.
