art is alive, is felt, when we draw it is our soul that speaks, that expresses itself, it can be intense, less intense it is according to what we feel on the moment. This drawing is just BEAUTIFUL
I've always started with a line drawing. I tried something like this earlier today and it was the most joy I've ever gotten from drawing. It was free, expressive, relaxing and fun. No fussing with measuring, grids or construction lines. My first attempt I expected it to be a mess but it turned out to be one of my better works this year.
@@ShinGarugamesh uhh, no i don't think is by miracle as I've been drawing my whole life. I should have said minimal construction. And I said similar process not the exact same way he drew this. By no measuring I meant not using grids rulers or pinching a pencil if you are drawing from life, I didn't mean I didn't mentally sizing up. And again I was talking about my in experience. So all that said... Git!
Its like you copied and pasted it but accidently copied too much. The original comment was: Waiting for the: 'that s not a bearded man, it's tormund!' comments
When do you know when to stop?? It seems to me you could go on forever. Every time I think you are through, I look and see more "time" is shown and lo and behold more detail is being added. I think you could go on improving forever....
this is amazing! trying to leverage this demo slowed down to learn this style of charcoal drawing :) is the paper used in this demo the one listed? the Strathmore drawing paper? thanks!
This is amazing and it's like he's making those super creepy whisper sounds too :)) Also it looked like you were using vine charcoal, but when I clicked on the Amazon link it went to a compressed charcoal. ...?
Beautiful and dramatic. I found it interesting how you left his left eye vague with less detail. Kind of the lit side of the face and fades or leads the focus towards the center or right side of the face. I know nothing and just making an observation. It was a thrill to watch you create this masterpiece.
Actually, this video was made by my art teacher Huihuabiji. I think the owner of this channel should quote the souce and not pretend it is made by you.
@@TommyLourdes-singer-songwriter Yup,i just wrote my thoughts. You see i am the type of artist that does not do a copies of some on else material,i like to come up with thing in my head & put it to paper or text, just like i did in my comment. Or even i like to carve thing i create & not copies,or even make the type of to0l that will work for me
