Bearhawk Aircraft Performance - Takeoff, Landing and Cruise 

A deep dive into what I've learned from flying my Bearhawk aircraft over the past 18 months. Takeoff and Landing technique, and cruise performance.
Important: The stall speed at this weight on my aircraft is 38 KIAS or 37 KTAS. The tail low final approaches were made at 45 KIAS (1.2 VS), and 42 KIAS (1.1VS). My normal approach approach speed is 50 KIAS, reducing to touchdown speed on short final. This uses only a little extra ground roll but increases safety margin, and visibility.
