@@markassko6426 Though it's been a year, I have to say this, in case nobody has told you...as it's long overdue. Why do you have a volume control on a video/device? We get to see a marvelous video, without the idiots narrating, and also minus the annoying, non-associative music...just a natural situation unfold in a wild area with over a dozen participants vying for the prize, and your brain-cells tell you to complain about the volume!...the damned volume! Are you insane, or just stupid? "Too loud"...you are 'not to be believed'! A cryogenic burst happened inside your frontal lobe which resulted in you losing the ability to operate a volume control.
Foulkes hit it on the head. Silence, except for the animals. The way it's suppose to be. Thank you so much for being so original. You are a true artist .
@@beerbub2641 nah they knew they couldn't steal from 2 bears. They took what they could and that was enough. Animals aren't just basic instincts like you've been led to believe. They can read a situation better than most humans
Probably 1 of my top 10 favorite videos in my 30+ years of bear education. WOW these young sibling brown bear brother n sister have each other's backs. They are bout 3 yrs old probably just ran off by mom. They will stay together weeks possibly months until she grabs attention of a boar or he gets a female. Anyhow awesome seeing him protect he and his sis food source. warms the heart these videos ill say.👍👍
Its missing all the fast paced drama music, sensationalized close ups of the animals, fast moving camera work, and dramatic voice overs. This is what a regular confrontation in nature actually looks like.
Great footage ... A big thank you to thsoe folks who get out their in the wilderness and capture these dramatic nature scenes.. It's much than watching humans acting foolishly .
I absolutely love this video!! I really loved how the bears are communicating in their own way and it's truly amazing. I love bears and wildlife. Those wolves had a dine and dash deal going! Lol. Seriously, thank you for sharing this beautiful video ☮️❤️
@@otherworld11 Take the extraneous comma from your sentence and add it to That Guy's. "This is me trying to protect the leftover pizza, that I ordered."
Don't kid yourself little YT observer. Those bears have at least 4 times the mass of the biggest wolf in the pack. And they can scrap all day until their enemy is just another meal.
Is it crazy or amazing to say that each animal species has their own rivalry like a lion and a hyena, bear and wolf, hippo and crocodile, and then there's the tiger who I think doesn't have a rival.
Technically tigers don't in the sense they don't fight other than for territory but if a bear or another tiger cross their path the fight can go for the bear or the tiger usually tigers ambush their prey so the tiger unless hungry won't fight head on a bear but will do of its hungry enough bear vs tiger can go either way do depending on the size and 2 or 3 tigers hunting will eat bears as a free dinner they're probably the scariest animal in a pack
@@aryebell3466 That depends. If it's a mature Siberian tiger and a mature grizzly, then the tiger will most likely win since it's basically just as heavy as a bear, in addition to also being more flexible and having sharper claws.
Wow I love this documentary footage & it was very enjoyable to watch with out all that background music I say & I give this great documentary a⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating &👍👍👍as well
Vegas Summer Nice thought I guess, but then you would have some asshole hiding behind a gun trying to take you out, they never want to take on anything armed with just a knife with a 4" blade, not REALY that tough are they?........
Dustin Wind Dear boy, When I want infantile answers like yours then I'll go to the local primary school for them, it would seem they have more imagination than a Prick like you, what's a matter did your local gay community throw you out? , or are you the local trailer trash looking to get noticed.??
S Stritmatter The bigger bear is mom, and as the cub is nearly as big, it's likely their last season together. Alone, the wolves would annoy the single bear enough, that she'd leave...but when there are two, the wolves know it's hopeless. If the bears can cover each other's flanks & rear, wolves can't get in. 10-15 nips at over 700psi each, can damage the bear eventually, which is why a single bear under 600lb will usually run fairly quickly, especially if it's a very large pack. 20+ member packs are quite formidable, and would take a sow like this, and 2-3 same size cubs to defend a meal against them. Those small bites to the back of the bears legs, will do damage.
@@justplainbrad7713 the wolves were smart to not press their luck too much. A mother grizzly bear is the most dangerous animal on the planet. Those nips that you're talking about mean nothing as no member of the pack would have risked a frontal attack. In this case the Cub is nearly full grown which is why you see the mother is more concerned about protecting their food source than focused 100 percent on the Cub.
@@christianWilliams-pc4jn Do you simply like arguing, or are you American? Those nips are exceedingly dangerous to either bear. All needed, is the one bite that breaks flesh, and then infection is real. Ever see a 3-legged bear? Likely from nips. In the name of all that's decent, quit disagreeing simply for the need to differ. In other words, grow up. You couldn't be more wrong, if you tried to be wrong. The last thing you should do is lecture me on, "In this case"...as your knowledge is limited; and you would be better served if you asked what was happening, and not try to lecture others in matters you read about.
It became so normal for us to see things like this online. But imagine: Somebody hat to be there - and according to the change of angle when following the animals, not too far away - and record that stuff! Seeing that life! Everybody who tries to watch rare or shy animals in nature from time to time knows what that means. We are spoiled by great documentaries, but every single shot like this demands so much time outside.
1 swipe from a Grizzly / if provoked enough, will slice right through those Wolves...of course Wolves play smart too when in a pack!! ...Great footage!!!
This pair of bears show synergy effect to defend their food against wolves. If only one bear had to defend its prey, wolves would have caught the dead bison easily.
All the bears have to do is stand by the catch, but by getting to aggressive they get far enough away for some of the wolves to get a few tasty treats off the buffalo.
Looks almost as if one wolf was ejected from the pack? Maybe scolded? Or a lone wolf that tried to take part. Very interesting stuff here. Submissive behavior displayed by the dark colored wolf hints at some stuff worth delving into. Love seeing the communication between the bears and the wolf pack.
Yes, I saw that too. It displayed very submissive behaviour, and then tried to re-join the pack, but they were not having it. Perhaps, a former member which has been thrown out for some reason, and was showing signs of poor health. Nature can appear cruel sometimes, but survival of the fittest ensures continuance of the species, and life. I wonder why he was rejected by his pack, this or another one, who look much bigger and healthier. Maybe he was the dark wolf of the family.
Actually, the bear is much faster and could run them down and kill them easily. I have no idea why they tolerate the wolves. Just lazy I guess. Maybe they don't like dog meat :)
@@HMDickson bear can keep its top speed for a short time , wolf can keep kts top speed way much longer , thats the difference , as a summary bear cant catch wolf just by running .
@@mark97213 a bear can run 30 miles per hour and can kill a dog in one hit. We got a lot of bears in NH and they run dogs on them and call it hunting but sometimes the bear will stand and fight and dogs go down quickly.
@@HMDickson stamina. Wolves are king at long distance running, a bear is not. Plus if it just chased them it would lose its dinner or cubs if it had any.
