My widlife photo trip led by Box Leangsuksun Sept1-6 Alaska Homestead Lodge - coastal brown bear and puffin. I highly recommend Alaska Homestead Lodge for salmon fishing and wildlife photography (bears, puffin). For the bears, you'll really only need a mid-range zoom lens (100-400mm) or even a 70-200mm. For the puffin, a 600mm is good, but really that's the only time I used my 600mm. Bring waders (Simms are good) - you'll be laying on the wet sand a lot! markfletcherphoto.com
