Boy, salmon have a tough life. First they have to swim upstream for hundreds of miles to spawn, then on the way there some of them get eaten alive by bears. Puts having to take out the trash in perspective.
Thanks for comment! You made a good point on safety. When we joined the training class, our group already had the waders on, the ranger only mentioned safety distance. Actually there are more fisherman in the river. The reason that I only had a short video in river spot was because when we started there were no bears around us, then they started approaching us, so we had to leave that area.
@@franksadventuretravel3905 Yes, I know that people fish the river nearby, but not in the immediate area of the falls. People have been arrested for leaving the platform and standing in the river. Glad you left when bears approached.
