I'm fairly new to Cricket. Can someone explain the 9th wicket to me. Mousley bowling to Harrison. I read score card and he got an lbw. So did the ball not hit the bat? It simply bounced off his leg guard? I thought it hit his bat also and don't understand how he would get a lbw if so.
Ball didn't hit the Bat, it hit him on his pads, LBW is Basically Legs before wicket, if the batsman is beaten the ball in front of the wicket and umpire have an impact that the ball will might hit the wickets he can give you out. Batsman can also review the decision of umpire's.
