Lol Mike Tomlin don't gotta tell nobody what he's doing because the gameplan the same, same. Every game! 😂

Tomlin bout to get fired

Never happening. He's retiring before he will ever be fired in Pittsburgh. Rooney family are good people. They believe in institutional knowledge and experience. Old school loyalty. They love Mike. I don't see it happening.

Practically just giving away a former 1sr rnd pick, QB, of just 3 years ago, that started to show promise in the 2nd half of last year, not to mention so far this year. A still young, starting caliber QB in this league. For a freaking 6th rounder that probably never amount to anything... is about the dumbest trade one could possibly make. Now taking Caleb #1 was the right move. They used to do this thing called making guys actually compete for their jobs. QB's even. It certainly worked with Montana & Young. Or Favre & Rodgers. Sure there was probably tension. They both wanted the job. But in the end they all ended up the better for it. It can bring out the best in you. I bet the Chargers wish now that they had done it with Brees & Rivers, don't ya think? But these kids today are too soft, and just want everything handed to them from day 1. Needless to say I'm not a proponent of the whole "we need to clear out our current guy to show that this new one is "Our Guy" philosophy. Let them compete. And 2 capable QB's are certainly better than 1. These things called injuries do occur you know? Even a quality backup that can win, and is still young, and was a 1st rounder just 3 years ago is worth a lot more than a 6th round pick. And if through competition they both look good, ala Montana/Young, Favre/Rodgers... one, both even of those guys are worth possibly multiple 1st rnd picks, let alone one 6th rounder. Your generation is soft asf and understands absolutely nothing about competitive athletics except for advanced analytics. It was a horrible trade for Chicago. But a good pick of Williams. You guys do understand how it can be both of those things at the same time, right? I feel like nobody else is capable of figuring that way listening to all these videos about this subject. Try expanding your horizons, minds, and imaginations a bit.

Your whole take on only getting a 6 is wrong because if Justin plays 51 percent of the games the Bears get a 4th rounder. Also Ryan Poles asked Justin where he wanted to go and everybody knew we were taking a qb so therefore the compensation isn't going to be that high. I watched every game that Justin played hell I watched Mitch before him and the all the trash ass qbs we've had since Jim Harbaugh when I started watching football and Justin can't read the field or throw somebody open Caleb has already passed Justin as a qb they both have the same amount of 300 yard games and Caleb only played 6 games

There was no way to keep Justin and pick Caleb. 1. Just like they pointed out , they are 2 totally different QBs and your gameplan couldn't work for both. 2. The fact they play so differently, there isn't anything Caleb could learn from him. 3. Why pay Justin for another year when you KNOW he's gone afterwards. 4. In the modern NFL you don't have time to sit your 1st round 1st overall pick.

The guy has one bad game and everyone is acting like as if he's the problem. When this guy has shown he's capable he just needs help and the Steelers players dropped balls that he threw there and the playcalling was not good and there are multiple issues with the Steelers and he ain't the problem.
