@xueyingd I find it's easier to use. It has videos explaining how to do each lesson. It's well done and a lot more fun than just a workbook imo. All of the comics are in the online version, too.

I decided to purchase 4A and 4B for my 8yo daughter for the 2024-2025 school year. She is heavy into video games, so I am hoping this will be a good option. This 3rd grade year, we completed IXL Learning mathbook in conjuction with miacademy online program.
this is a good curriculum for girls, it is better for your daughter to have a rigorous program than a lesser curriculum... it is philosophies like this that discourage girls from stem ... not everything needs to be authentically pleasing... I hope it works well for your kids
I didn’t mean the rigor that is more for girls or boys. I simply meant the comic book style and the way the characters look. More geared towards what many boys are interested in. I took many high level math classes in college and I am a girl. lol.
It might be cheaper to order directly through BA. They are $27 per book on the site and $107 for all 4. If you need the online component its $160, for all books plus online :)
