I noticed this the VERY first time I heard this and on the day the song was released on youtube, that Power of the Beast is literally Everytime We Touch by Cascadia with a faster tempo. I even wrote comment on the music video the day it released. Maybe you or someone else discovered it before me that day. Either way, this is just that.

Thi is now my favourite up there with the Iron Maiden/ABBA mashup of Hallowed and Eagle.
