corey malone goes to show ya how robust the machine xx is. Biggest a arms in the industry by far. I dont know how bad you bent it but from the vid It didn’t seem like very much. I couldn’t even notice it at first had to rewatch that part three times. Rick had to stand back to notice it even. A little over exaggeration from Leo Maybe. I would like to see any other brand take a hit like that and drive away.
Rodney Duran I don’t see where sous landed on his front like the xx did. The biggest one he did was when he took the left side of the jump and land on his right side but also on his back tires more. The xx flew further and landed on its right front tire first. All of the force ,initial impact, from that jump was on the right front of the xx. I think it’s pretty impressive to come out of that with a little bend that I could t hardly see. Imo .
That drag strip is hardcore 😂 decided to take the stock X3 out was passed by a rs1 with paddles, for some reason The back end of the sxs ahead of me swayed in my Lane and sand blasted us hard as f* in the face. I'm pretty sure if we weren't wearing goggles we will have been blind from that. But it was fun after my face stopped burning 😂
Only Doug can get out look at that wheel and say "ya no I'm happy about it". I know he meant the power but I would be shishing my pants after seeing my car look like that. Lololol
Hope you guys are having better luck out of the XX now. Would love to see more videos of it. Bought a 18 xx from mls a few months ago. Luckily so far no issues other than a loose battery cable. I love my xx! But at 6’4” 360 lbs it’s about the only sxs I’m comfortable in lol
I live in michigan, I was just getting into side by side and learning the rip-a-dos, then I found out my wife is pregnant, so that's on hold now. I'm glad I found this video so I can support something local I didn't know about. HAIL NIMROD!
Beast mode needs skats. I have a stage 5 x85 car and I tried running tributes and blackbirds. My car was alot slower. I put my skats back on and the lighter tire was a huge difference.
I'll probly never ride Silver Lake since I'm down here in Oklahoma...but I'm all for helping keeping riding places open. So I signed up to the slra to show support. Heck yeah dudes!
At ~40:30 that’s why people wanting to run machines hard should go custom build. It irritated me buying a new machine only to have to upgrade everything, complete waste. Love the show! I don’t often subscribe to anything but you guys got the 👍🏻
Good stuff guys. Once that YXZ eliminates the weak spots it is going to be a contender. We are about a month away from our fall season beginning in earnest up her. Chomping at the bit to get out with the new unit. I think Beast Mode need a set of Sandcrafts on the superlight Douglas wheels.
That was big Air with the XX. Doug’s YXZ is making some POWER! Just obliterated the whole right rear side! That was awesome! Beast mode has some top end! Looks like if you get the launch down she will be tough to beat!
Wow test hill sure isn't anything like that it use to back in the early 90s, back then it was a lot taller and steeper and you really needed something to make it to the top. Love your videos you guys are fun to watch keep it up.
I believe that hub assembly on Doug’s YXZ May have been compromised during the other mishap a few years ago that bent the frame and it’s just now breaking.
MI.Dunerunner I talked to Nate alba from alba racing. . He told me that there isn’t a machine that handles better and has the suspension like a xx. Especially when the suspension is tuned to a riding style. I’ve ridden one and I agree with him. The more the sxs guys show and ride it the more there gonna have to own up to that. Imo.
MI.Dunerunner I agree I’ve blasted some whoops in mine that I thought where for a dirt bike but my wife and kid didn’t seam to rattled lol. it really is and impressive machine
@@njorgnjorg6057 no one is denying the ability of it, just that it hasn't been reliable for them. in stock form they handle small and medium-sized whoops and bumps really well, it's just that it doesn't take the big stuff good at all.
corey malone I agree that it doesn’t take the big stuff good stock. Shocks come from the factory to soft. Hell what dose? It is produced like everything else to fulfill the needs of the masses. The masses don’t go through huge woops at high speeds. If I guy wants there machine to handle like a desert racer then they’ll have to tune there shocks. If they didn’t then company’s like shock therapy wouldn’t be in business. All I’m gonna say is I’m highly involved in short corse racing( Lucas oil Midwest league) the folks racing the xx are one of the only ones running tuned stock suspension set up. The rest is mostly aftermarket stuff . All stock a arms with stock suspension with a different valving and springs. Yes these guys are getting protium finishes. A xx took second at the vagas to Reno desert race recently with the set up I’m talking about. They handle extremely well with a little tuning.
Get some STU paddles for the beast. Skats are a good tire but 98% of all the fast drag cars run STU. Come out to Utah/Idaho and put it up against packard,K&T and a bunch of other really fast cars.
Absolutely love your guys videos! Why don’t you throw a set of paddles on all four corners on Beast mode for a couple drag passes for fun haha! She would pull like a freight train .

It’s funny and I have been riding the same place have u guys ever rode the Little Manistee loop or Lincoln Hills those are really great trail systems just outside Baldwin Michigan Great for sxs
side by side isn't my number one interest. I raced cross country series and won over all in my locate series. but I love horse power and love the videos! keep them up! maybe cut them in half to make them easier to watch! 15-20 minute would be easier to keep up to date on the videos! keep it up!
