Took a 7u team from dead last . scoring only 24 pts in 6 games. To third place and scoring up to 33 points in 3 of our 7 games. This formation works wonders especially with tier 1 backs.
Hey coach do you mind sharing how you typically incorporate this formation into your game plan? I'm already running your beast tank this year, I am looking for another formation to compliment the Beast tank just so we don't be too predictable. Any recommendations for a compliment formation?
The Jumbo formation is my true Wildcat / Sweep Option pass formation. So if I have a fast running back that can half way throw Jumbo works out nice for long yardage plays or plays you want to run wide sweeps. I use Beast Tight - Beast, Worm which is Beast Wide and Jumbo which is Beast triple wide. From my experience watch your players and hand pic your plays to match you can not beat a strong 4bk offense even if the O line dont make the Gap the backs can .. 25 blast and 36 counter works great to start with for us ..
