With the reveal of the final tyrannosaur prototype, the time has finally come to rank all the upcoming dinosaur figures, deciding which ones I think are the best, and which ones aren't that all appealing to me. This video is purely just a matter of opinion, which we are all entitled to, so please do not be toxic in the comments if you think I have wrongfully placed a tyrannosaur in a tier you don't think it needs to be on.

I hope they'll make a Nanuqsaurus in the future. All they'd have to do is retool the Yutyrannus figure, give it a different head and replace the arms with smaller ones that have only 2 digits.

Honestly do the daspleto head doesn't look as scientifically accurate as I was hoping for. Plus, how is a displetosaurus going to be the same size as a tarbosaurus?
@tyrannossenpai
@tyrannossenpai 2 года назад
@@hidesbehindpseudonym1920 I actually heard that there may eventually be a resized figure of the tarbo that'll be closer to the size of the rex. It's important to remember that these toys are expensive to make, so compromises have to be made. So I don't really have any complaints about the tarbo being its current size.

Here’s my personal rankings: S: Juvenile T-Rex, 1/18th scale T-Rex, Bistahiversor(I think I typed that correctly), Suskityrannus, Albertosaurus, Guanlong, Dryptosaurus, Proceratosaurus, Qianzhousaurus, Moros intrepidus, Dilong, and finally, Yutyrannus. A: 1/35th scale T-Rex, Eotyrannus, Gorgosaurus, and Alectrosaurus. B: Lythronax, Teratophoneus, Daspletosaurus, and finally, Tarbosaurus. Edit: Yes, I like almost all the figures from the line. Also, do you plan on doing a tier list for the raptor series?

"toxic nanotyrannus believers?" How so? The evidence for Nanotyrannus is very strong, primarily because there is already a specimen of a very young T. rex, a mandible for that matter, containing the same robust teeth as is seen in the adults. I've seen that specimen in person that the Black Hills Institute. Not a replica, the actual specimen. Furthermore, Nanotyrannus has arms and hand claws that are twice the size of T. rex's, with 3 developed fingers, not 2. I don't understand how this even still a debate; the evidence of the eyes is very clear.
@kade-qt1zu
@kade-qt1zu Год назад
Exactly. And all the evidence of the eyes points that the Nanotyrannus specimens are just young Tyrannosaurus specimens, and therefore Nanotyrannus is not a valid genus.
@Mil_Spec_Spartan_
@Mil_Spec_Spartan_ Год назад
@@kade-qt1zu did you miss literally everything I just said? Again, we have the jawbone of a very young tyrannosaurus rex, and the shape of the teeth are identical to the adult's. Nanos have completely differently shaped teeth and a different number to boot. Furthermore, how does a juvenile animal have arms and claws that are somehow twice the size of the adult's? Evidence of the eyes clearly indicates Nano, and it makes sense, consider the Hell Creek formation doesn't sport any other mid size predators.
@kade-qt1zu
@kade-qt1zu Год назад
@@Mil_Spec_Spartan_ Then why do most actual paleontologists agree that Nanotyrannus is an invalid genus? Oh right, because Nanotyrannus is a young T-Rex, and the different amount and shape of teeth can be chalked up to growth.
@kade-qt1zu

@@Mil_Spec_Spartan_ "The Hell Creek formation doesn't sport any other mid-size predators." Ok, now I know that you're definitely trolling. I got a good chuckle out of this.
@Mil_Spec_Spartan_
@Mil_Spec_Spartan_ Год назад
@@kade-qt1zu maybe, if it we're for one thing: a baby T. rex jawbone already exists. I have literally seen it in person at the Black Hills Institute. It is completely different from a Nanotyrannus mandible, teeth included. Your argument doesn't hold up in light of that specimen.
