I just got a new record of 4 minutes in before fail. Good luck to everyone who tries this. Edit 1: Got to 4:17 today, hoping for a pass soon! Edit 2: Ever since about 2 or 3 days ago, playing this song has felt extremely off, some sections feel off beat and some patterns that I could hit perfectly 2 days ago now cause me to fail the song on even 75% speed. If anyone has experienced anything similar please let me know. I play on oculus quest. Edit 3: Practiced for 2 hours, then got a best of 4:45. I feel so close. I know i can beat this. Edit 4: I finally beat it! It has been a ride, and the sense of satisfaction when overcoming a level like this is fantastic. If you haven't passed this yet, keep trying! You can do it if you put in enough time and dedication. Edit 5 (6-12-2020): Passed it for the second time after like 4 months lmao
How do you do it without your arms getting tired. I try utilising using my wrists more but my the time I get to another drop I’ve lost all energy in my arms
@@Silkier_Roonstar The first time I attempted the song the section after the triplets at about 1:40 tired my arms out so much i could barely continue. The section is alternating diagonal streams on both arms for about 30 seconds. My advice is try your best to find sections where you can fully utilize your wrists, while moving your arms in only small movements. The only time I make big movements is at drops where I have too, or during jump sections. If you have too, practice playing stuff like the final drop in crystallized on faster song to increase your stamina. Also, practice sections of Gjost on slower song that are giving you trouble. Most of all, be patient, and dont expect to beat it in one go. Hope you have a good day, and hope this helps!
Abstr4kt Thank you for the quick reply! I definitely like your idea of speeding up the final drop on crystallized and am already trying to slow down some of the harder parts in Ghost. I feel that I can definitely try using lesser arm movements and more of my wrists on the smaller parts leading up to the triplets you were on about. Thank you for the help!
I always fail at the 3 minute mark. Eventually, I just get overwhelmed. This is really impressive. Edit: I beat it a while ago. You just gotta keep trying. It will happen eventually.
This made me audibly say "wtf" completely out loud. Ive been playing for a month and im proud I can S rank some of the rocket leage songs on expert....just wow. Is there any way we can see this from irl view? I'd love to see how this actually looks in person because this skill is beyond my comprehension You've just gained your 400th sub :)
Just takes practice. I can't remember how long I played until I was able to do expert+ with ease, but there was the point I started. expert + had just come out for the psvr. I thought I'd never manage it as the jump from expert to plus was huge. The patterns were so different in the songs compared to when you go from difficult to expert. But I got there starting with slower speed and trying out different songs to find the easier ones. Once you get used to the difficulty the rest of the songs just follow (expert becomes boringly easy). With exceptions. I mean this one for instance is more expert++ in my opinion. The expert is more what I'd expect with expert+. I currently struggle with these expert++ songs but I know if I put in the time I'll eventually get there.
Fun Fact: This may be hard but it looks way harder because you can’t process it but as a beat saber player myself I’ve noticed that in order to complete expert+ levels (And this have worked for me) you have to try to react without thinking or time to process what you’re seeing, and even with a tiny bit of processing still being done you have to process what’s right in front of you and not look ahead or you’ll be dead in a snap. Just look in front of you and practice difficulties one-by-one this will help with the reaction without thinking part. Another Fun Fact is that you read my whole comment because I said fun fact at the begging.
Amazing! I just don’t see how even after a million attempts you’d be able to see what you’re swinging at. How is this possible? Awesome videos, keep it up! I’ll stay on hard and think I’m cool.
I'm a little late, but amazing job! I'm an expert/expert+ player in general (I usually play on expert+ now but I don't think I'm quite good enough to call myself an expert+ player), and I can't even beat this song on expert! Seriously your hands must have been on fire when you were done lol
1:41 This part is what messes me up it starts to hurt my arms so much hitting those, and since I'm right-handed my left side is so bad at keeping up so I ended up missing all the ones on my left side.
I got past 3:00 4 times and failed afterwards because I lost focus. At that point I just gave up. I'll need to keep at this song till I get it, because boy is it frustrating to get a majority of the way through a song in Beat Saber and just fail instantly after a hard section. Edit: Completed it, but almost failed at the end due to lag. I was on 0.2 HP.
every time i get to that point in the song my arms had already past their limit and give out... i dont know how long this is going to take for me to beat
My record for this song is only like 1:30 at best. Could be my settings, the tracking speed, or I’m just not fast enough. I’ve seen Ghost so many times I was able to make it a minute in first try. Ghost Expert I could almost do with my eyes closed. Any advice for Expert +?
