If you're talking about what he used to play this song, then nothing. This level is official, but you'll have to pay for it (As a separate DLC or the entire song pack) since this is a licensed song from a really popular band.

He is right :) This is official, so no mods needed, only main game and the Panic! at the Disco DLC. But as gear I use an Oculus Rift CV1 with touch controllers and a PC.
