If u still didn't got it and still wanna get the sound. Try doing inward whistle but send it with a inward hi hat, it sound similar and that's what I use to replicate this sound

Just to note, you can also do this inwards :> It's fairly simple Like how Alem uses it, out-ralik-in

Yeah you are right, the whistle packs are not hard, but just because they are whistle itself so it gonna takes time to gain it. D--Low has confirmed it
