lestrange soap is mostly all oil or lard and lye water is added to turn it into soap . Then fragrance and coloring is added after it thickens and the saponification has completed. That is a crappy diy product though.

I'm sad there wasn't more context for this video there's a possibility she is racist but she could just be a vindictive old lady but without knowing the context of exactly why she called the cops or if the conversation started politely we can't say for certain either way. We can guess which is more likely but we can't confirm neither should we assume that she is racist either just because she's an old white lady.
