You collect essence from the dodo. Once you've Defeated the dodo boss a tamable one Spawns in. It produces the essence in its inventory

You gotta do a lot of killing abyssal indoms and warden bosses until one spawns in on map basically is a 0.5% chance but when u get it to spawn you can tranq it and use the spectral kibble
