Yes, I still have cancer. I began by eating more fruits and vegetables. I cut out flour and sugar. For sweeteners, I use maple syrup or honey; both of which fight cancer. I rarely eat meat. Most meats are full of antibiotics and hormones. The conditions they are raised in do not bring about healthy meats. Our oceans are full of plastics. Plastics are hormone disruptors. I researched a lot and found that people like Chris Wark were able to eliminate their cancer altogether with a whole food, plant based diet. What else would you like to know? I'm not concerned about carbs. There are different kinds. The ones that would cause you a problem are those from processed foods - like a cinnamon roll (Cinnamon rolls can be made with almond flour). Fruits and vegetables in their natural state have carbs, but healthier carbs.

I have cut glucose fructose completely. But one MUST read the labels because they put glucose fructose in almost everything non-organic. Not that one should eat too much sugar anyway, but glucose fructose is a killer.

I'm a cancer survivor, however, I did not consult with any doctors for treatment as I firmly believe conventional cancer treatments actually do more harm than good; so I became my own doctor and did some research on natural alternative treatments before I went out on a limb so to speak. What did the MRI show? I'm also going the natural route and refuse to be fear mongered into a hysterectomy. There are lots of alternatives.

@@nikirivera08 Hi! I've healed so much on a high fruit diet but not completely it's been a year. So I recommend this way, high fruit mostly raw big salads, juice and fasting. I'm actually switching to low carb high fat this week actually to see how this diet helps. It mimics fasting while still eating, not easy but worth a try.
