I thought Clementie was the toughest to win with at first but after a ton of tries, it turned out to be the most fun I had. Just think of your melee companions as boomerangs and stay in the middle of the screen for boss fights. Knock them towards the boss but slowly walk away from the boss. If done right, the companions who got knocked back will walk towards you while colliding with the boss. At 1:50 you can see the boss taking a ton of damage from companion collision. Stage 3 is a breeze once your know this trick. More often that not, the game is yours if you're lucky to have a lvl 2 melee companion with a green spear (Guan Yu's weapon from Dynasty Warriors). Otherwise, just keep recruiting melee companions and abuse the boomerang trick.
so if anyone is wondering why he picked two ⚙️bond units at 2:25, they improve income, and they're relatively cheap. they're a good pick for early game
This should be obvious enough, but with Clementine and characters with Speed boosts, buying Neck Brave is NOT recommended. Of course unless you'd love seeing that high negative Armor val. : D
What really helps me here is: Alpha omega: Wool mittens Rose water Sun hat combine this with Sadness Other good choices: Spiky yoga ball Bento box ( not necessary)
