The entity you called Depth(The blue one) is called "FrostBite". To survive FrostBite you must have a lighter and turn it on to prevent FrostBite from damaging you.

1:59 is Frostbite, in order to survive, you must use a lighter or candle to keep yourself warm in the cold which is released from it.
