I have not run into those issues before. I was running Windows 7 64 bit when I recorded this, and I still am now. I have the re-released version installed because it doesn't require the CD to be in the drive to play, unlike the original. Maybe you'll have more luck with that version. But try running it in compatibility mode, like Windows 98/ME.

Btw I won't be able to do the windows 98 thing because it's my dad's computer so he doesn't want me to install anything for it, almost couldn't tell him to agree to just run lego racers, so I will see what I can do with the new disk. Thanks anyways!

Lol, after I had beaten Rocket Racer the game glitched out and inverted it's colours, I don't remember if there was a problem besides that

I mean, Veronica Voltage, (the time attack girl) is arguably harder. But beating Rocket Racer, under normal circumstances, would require you to use the warp as much as possible, but you can do it without using any green bricks. It doesn't matter which kart or character you use. Maybe Rocket is Takumi and Veronica is Bunta or visa versa? Lol.

I do plan to review a bunch more LEGO games like Stunt Rally, Creator, and others. I'll consider Loco.

Well, its not really a warp. It takes the same time as if it were a straight road. They just wanted to make it more fancy.

Rocket Racer will occasionally get 3rd place. As for multiple races edited together, absolutely not, this is one race. Watch the time at the top right. =)

​@@Vectrex4Life Wow; I never noticed dear RR *didn't* win every time! But then... it has been YEARS since I played it. I definitely remember having SO much fun with this game back then. Even if I got SO good that I simply COULD NOT lose anymore. One of the things I like about the original LEGO Racers is that the brick positions were PREDICTABLE. This made it half a racing game, but also have a *puzzle* one. You could strategically figure out which bricks to get and when. Plus, you could deliberately switch useful bricks for useless ones on the players right behind you. :-P

Letting Black Knight win because of the "Black" Part would be racist too.
