Agreed. As a mainly melee player I usually don't have much trouble with the solar pillar, I just stand there and let my weapon's knock back keep me safe. But the nebula pillar will kill you no matter what you do
As someone who has hearing problems, thank you for making actual closed captions opposed to just auto generated ones. Made this so much more watchable and enjoyable
btw a tip for fishing quests. when you get the quest fish throw it in a chest and you can fish up another one. this way any future quests that have repeat fish you have one already and don't need to go back and fish for another.

The terraria server dark gaming is fishing only. You can only progress by fishing and it takes soooo long because the server lag would sometimes take your crates away when you get one

I just started my own fishing gear only challenge a few days ago. I can mine life crystals because it's getfixedboi and getting to the Angler underground with 5 hearts to get enough bait power for golden crates wasn't happening. Took me a couple days to get a proper weapon, but it's picking up.
The only things you need in this run to make it possible would in theory be to collect boss summon items from the world such as souls for mechs, golem cells, and guide voodoo dolls, beyond that you only need to be able to collect bait and a fishing rod to get started. Ores can be converted into dirt using shimmer. Depending on the ruleset I personally feel money gained from fishing can be spent in which wood is obtainable from a traveling merchant but beyond this there is no way to obtain the first bit of wood for the traveling merchant to spawn unless you allow suicide in medium core and shimmering starting tools. Other than the boss summons and about 50 wood as far as im aware everything needed to beat the game can be obtained indirectly through fishing.

Ik I could've shimmered em, I was thinking about shimmering cus then heart crystals have a higher drop rate (but the increase is so small I was too lazy), and besides its funny to have like 10 of em
