Beating The Runway Speed Record!! | KSP speed test 

Hello everyone, my name is Paca and to day I build one of the fastest land vehicles in Kerbal Space Program. The rules of this speed test are:
Rules:
1. Only on KSC runway
2. No modded parts (visual mods are an exception)
3. Wheels must be on ground (when their off, that's your time.)
4. Kerbal must survive
5. Clipping is allowed
6. Autostrut is allowed
