This version of Goblin eventually kills Peter in this universe too, beyond that he somehow managed to ruin Peters life in new ways throughout almost every appearance he made in the entire Ultimate comic run. Reading the comics after playing this game really recontextualized this boss fight for me, it also makes the absolute beatdown Goblin gets in this game so much more satisfying.
Yeah I would’ve loved to see what the sequel for this game would’ve been like, because I know they were going to have goblin as the main antagonist instead of venom
Peter does eventually come back tho.Then the universe itself fucking dies in 2015;seemingly comes back in 2017 and seemingly appears dead again in donny cates' venom run.Comics are fucking weird man
I couldn't be happier that this got to be the first game you completed on your channel. Banger ass game and banger ass vid, the editing and commentary were funny as usual but you spoiled us with HALF AN HOUR of content. You on that grind I respect it. That game has no business being that difficult, finished it as a kid at the cost of many tears of rage but got damn it, that game is still one of my favorites. Finished it 100% back in 2018 and unlocked Black Suit Spider-Man, sense of accomplishment from that hasn't been topped since ngl ! Amazing job on that video homie keep it up ! 🤙🏽

I feel your pain when you’re on the final boss with venom you see games get easier in the beginning and then you get harder at the end so keep in mind that’s that sort of thing like super Mario stuff and it knows days yeah you get the whole thing also I really love the editing you put for carnage in the beginning of the video when he does that like that maniac jump scream or something and even most of these edit memes cracked me up I think this four part of videos series of ultimate Spider-Man gameplay was comedy gold for commentary. I play these ds games through an emulator on my computer called melonDS. Its the best emulator for DS games in my opinion because it allows you to upscale them
The final Johnny storm race is genuinely one of the hardest things in video games too, it took me like 4 hours to beat. I’m still kicking myself for not recording it for a video
