Unreleased Cover song - written by Jeff Lynne of ELO as a tribute to the Beatles. The first track recorded in 1983 for the planned Secret Messages double album. The song was abandoned and not released. This is my shortened cover version with use of Vocoder voice effect.
I am using the Electro Harmonix Voice Box with guitar and mic input on Vocoder setting. 🎤🎸😊

Afternoon Anthony ❤ So very beautiful. This sound is Lovely,guitar and song. Little melancholic a bit sad.There is always something very special over your guitar play and song.I Cant put a name on it, it just feels so very good. To bring that fantastic sound or echo I think you use some technical stuff of coursce. Im not technical gifted but a little I understand of it. It has an effect called a Vocoder with adds an effect to your voice use the instrument you play. This effect has been used on many songs, ELO Mr Blue Sky, Phil Collins in the air tonight, Benny Andersson uses on the song On and On and On I think? He used on a track called Under Attack too. @@jow9294 Morning Jo, thanks for your comment. I have a guitar pedal by a company called Electro Harmonix and this effect is called a Voice Box. It works by plugging your instrument and mic into it and when you play and sing it creates accompanying harmonies to your voice. This effect is called a Vocoder, the one I mentioned used by ELO (Mr Blue Sky) and Phil Collins (In the Air Tonight) etc. I can plug my keyboard in as well to get a better effect with the Vocoder sound.
