What's so interesting at ALL the American(and Canadian) press conferences, they knew this was their last live tour. Immediately after SF, they all took a long break and started doing their own things.
Interesting, Paul says they were keen on having a record out for Christmas 1966. Either he said this for the sake of publicity, or maybe they hadn't decided to take a break after Candlestick Park yet
Wow. Paul's '61 Hofner backstage. I thought he had has Ricky as his backup on this tour. Perhaps the Ricky only went on the Germany/Japan/Philippines leg.
